1 Can of Bacardi Pina Colada Frozen Mix
1/2 can sprite
1/2 can water
Blender full of ice
Rum Extract

Blend and enjoy

Flax Seed: Flax Seed is known to be very healthy. It adds fiber to your diet and omega 3 fatty acids. It can also help lower cholesterol and contains antioxidants. Your body can only get the most benefits from flax seed by grinding it up (You can do this in a coffee grinder or buy it preground). Now the trick is to actually eat it. One sneaky way I added it to food was by adding it to an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix and Chris did not realized it. Jalapeno Peppers: The hottest part of the pepper is the inner part of the pepper that the seeds are attached to. This area is a lighter color than the green part of the pepper. I know this by trial, we sampled parts of the pepper.

Getting Rid of Fruit Flies:
Take a glass and put some fruit or juice in the bottom. (I did a slice of apple and a little orange juice.) Put saran wrap over the top of the glass and poke holes in the wrap with a fork. Leave the glass out. The fruit flies go into the glass and can't figure out how to get out. You can put the glass in the freezer to kill the bugs.
