Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Halves (About 1-1/4 Lbs)
1 Egg Beaten
3/4 Cup Italian Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 tsp Paprika (Optional)
1 Jar (1lb) Alfredo Sauce (Ragu Cheese Creations Alfredo Sauce)
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2oz)
1 Medium Tomato Chopped
Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees
- Dip the Chicken in the egg, then in the bread crumbs combined with the paprika, coat the chicken well.
- Place the chicken in a 9x13 Baking dish and bake it uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Pour 1 cup of the alfredo sauce over the chicken and top it with cheese and then the tomato.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Heat the remaining sauce.
- Serve with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan if you like.
